Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Building Services Engineering (MandE) Services 2025 for HSE major works projects with an indicative value of typically (€50M - €400M) at the hospitals and healthcare facilities in the HSE Dublin and South East health region (excluding St Vincent’s University Hospital and St Michael’s Hospital). The HSE Dublin South East health region comprises of South Tipperary, Waterford, Kilkenny, Carlow, Wexford, part of Wicklow and part of South Dublin.
