Upgrade of 3 no. science laboratories and preparation room located at first floor level and including essential associated works to ground floor classrooms and corridor underneath. The works include demolitions and removals of existing services, fittings and equipment, provision of new fit out, new mechanical, electrical and gas services, provision of new equipment and furniture. Fire safety upgrade, new firedoors and screens, building finishes to floors, walls and ceilings. The works include forming floor opes and extending services through ground floor ceilings, firestopping, ceiling and services replacement at ceiling level in ground floor classrooms under.
