Integrated Architect or Engineer led Design Team working on behalf of Carlow County Council’s Town Regeneration Office, Capital Delivery Team for The Refurbishment and Adaptive Reuse of the former Bank of Ireland Premises and Associated Site Works at Court Place, Carlow for Carlow County Council.
