General services to be undertaken at all stages (a) Provision of drawings, specifications and other documentation to be in hard and soft format. Soft format drawings to be in PDF and AutoCAD format. (b) Liaison with the Contracting Authority / Employer and any Contracting Authority / Employer appointed person(s) with responsibility for this project.
