Isavia (Buyer) is looking for a strong business partner to develop a Quality Bus Product (“Q-bus”) who will support Keflavik Airport’s aim to extend a warm welcome to all our guests. We are looking for an operator who is as enthusiastic as we are in delivering excellent customer service, maximizing ticket bying, and achieving our climate goals. KEF is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Q-bus operator will enjoy privileged access to our rapidly growing customer base. This includes exclusive access to a Quality Bus Area in the forecourt, exclusive advertising opportunities, and the exclusive right to operate in the baggage hall and a highly visible location in the arrival hall. All locations allow the operator to reach guests who are leaving the airport. The baggage hall is the first chance to reach guests while they wait for their baggage to arrive. The arrival hall location is in direct sight from the exit of the customs corridor and the operator has every opportunity to stand out and attract business to their area. In addition, we require the partner to set up a Quality Bus facility on a proposed route in the capital area to extend the service quality to our guests. A contract for the Q-bus will be negotiated for four (4) years, with an optional one-year extension, commencing in May 2025
