Iceland – Engineering works and construction works – Hellnahraun Phase 4 – Street construction and utility installations

Hafnarfjordur Municipality is requesting bids for the project: Hellnahraun Phase 4 – Street construction and utility installations (wastewater and water pipes, along with pipes for district heating, electricity, and telecommunications). Hellnahraun Phase 4 is the newest industrial development area in Hafnarfjörður. The site is bounded by a planned arterial road to the south, Hellnahraun Phase 3 industrial area to the east, the motorsport and shooting range area to the north, and a planned arterial road to the west. Key quantities for the contract are: - Streets 2.900 m - Paths 120 m - Excavation 34.000 m³ - Excavation of bedrock in streets and paths 12.200 m³ - Excavation of bedrock in trenches 12.700 m³ - Subbase 23.000 m³ - Filling 23.800 m³ - Asphalt 31.300 m² - Wastewater pipes 7.100 m - Water pipes 3.510 m - Utility trenches 4.260 m The project is divided into three phases with submission deadlines. The project completion date is November 1, 2027.
