Abschluss eines nicht exklusiven Rabattvertrages nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu Arzneimitteln mit dem Wirkstoff Lanthan(III)-carbonat (ATC-Code: V03AE03) innerhalb des Zeitraumes vom 01.07.2026 bis zum 30.06.2028 mit jederzeitiger Möglichkeit des Vertragsabschlusses während der Laufzeit („open-house-Modell“).
