Im Rahmen des öffentlich geförderten Projekts IP-Schutz sowie des Landesinvests soll das Nexsa G2 XPS mit Möglich-keiten zur „Reflexions-Elektronen-Energieverlust-Spektroskopie“ (REELS) sowie Ultraviolett-Photoelektronenspektroskopie (UPS) erweitert werden.
