The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition.The tender consists of 7 lots:Lot 1 - Primary LayerLot 2 - 1st Excess LayerLot 3 - 2nd Excess LayerLot 4 - 3rd Excess LayerLot 5 - 4th Excess LayerLot 6 - 5th Excess LayerLot 7 - 6th Excess LayerCosts incured by the tenderer in connection with the preparation and submission of a tender are the tenderers to bear and will not be reimbursed. There is anticipated to be one negotiation meeting held via Microsoft Teams.
