Przedmiot zamówienia stanowią sukcesywne dostawy leków do chemioterapii i programów lekowych na rok 2026 zgodnie z zapisami w formularzu cenowym stanowiącym - Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 4. Przedmiotowe zamówienie na dostawę leków do chemioterapii i programów lekowych na 2026 r. cz.
