Bodø municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue for the planned procurement of one or several systems that shall cover the need for handling orders, contract follow-up, analysis and competition implementation. These processes make up central parts of the municipality's procurement, contract and financial flow, and include functionality for procurements based on contracts, administration of contracts, analysis of invoice and ordering data, as well as a tool for planning and holding procurements. The objective of the market dialogue is to gain better insight into what technical and functional possibilities the market can offer, and on this basis design one or several procurement(s) that are as relevant as possible. The dialogue shall give the municipality an understanding of how the needs can be solved, either through a comprehensive system, a module based approach and/or separate systems. It shall also contribute to highlighting dependencies, integration possibilities, technological maturity, future development direction in the market, as well as possible risks and possibilities that ought to be included in the evaluation.
