Procurement of an EPJ system for Patients Critical Information (PKI) The aim of this procurement is to establish integration between EPJ systems used by general practitioners and contract specialists and the national service Patient ́s critical information. The spread and increased use of digital joint service is anchored in prioritised measures in the national health and interaction plan 2024-27. The patient ́s critical information is a national information service for sharing critical information in the core journal. Critical information means: Information that, in a given situation, can have a decisive impact on the choice of health care and which, if missing, can lead to a risk of errors or delayed treatment. Examples of critical information are drug reactions, special disorders or previous complications of anaesthesia. Critical information is most often recorded in the actor ́s own trade systems.
