Bergen municipality shall procure a new trade system for collection. The aim of the procurement is to have a collection system in place that contributes to more efficient work processes and that provides the possibility for development in accordance with needs and requirements within this management area. A contract is planned for ongoing service procurements over the internet (as-a-service delivery). The contracting authority invites tenderers to a dialogue with the market prior to the competition. The contracting authority will conduct dialogues 28 and 29 April. 1:1 meetings will be held and the meeting will be held for approx. 1 hour. We would like answers to the questions described below in the dialogue. We would like suppliers to make and send over a PowerPoint presentation with questions and answers ahead of the dialogue meeting in order to reduce the time. We request that the service provider gives feedback on the wanted day and time. Questions can be asked in the meeting from both parties. The presentation will be sent to the communication module in Mercell before the meeting.
