Norway – Driving-school services – Intention notice - Safety course on the track for classes C, CE and D

Beschreibung

The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) intends to enter into a framework agreement for safety courses on track for heavy vehicles (class C, CE and D), without publication of the competition, cf. the Procurement Regulations (FOA) § 13-4 (b) no. 2. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Armed Forces' requirements for carrying out safety courses on track for driving licence class C, CE and D.
