Drammen municipality invites potential tenderers to a market dialogue before a tender contest for a framework agreement for white goods, brown goods and small electronic goods. The municipality would like to have a draft of the tender documentation and the price and product form for a hearing. Attached is a form with concrete questions the municipality would like to ask the market. The aim of the market dialogue is to get a further understanding of the market and to get input from the tenderers before the announcement of the tender competition.
