Beschreibung

The procurement shall result in a contract with an IT operations provider who can operate and manage Exfins IT services. This involves an agreement for both the migration project and the ongoing operations. The agreements shall cover the entire IT operation's stack, including server operations, infrastructure, application management, database, network, security, service desk/user support and client management. In short: • Migration of server and application landscape to a new operational platform • Establishment of service desk and user support system with defined SLA's Implementation of monitoring and security systems. • Documentation of routines and processes for operation and management. • Implementation of routines for life cycle management of client equipment and software, including licence handling • Establishment of a reporting model for SLA, performance, costs and events. • Project implementation of migration/transition to a new operations platform (plan, test, production, stabilisation period, training)
