Norway – Computer archiving services – The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to a market dialogue for a new archiving and case processing system.

Beschreibung

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency currently has an application processing and archive system installed "on premises" provided by a service provider who mainly further develops the system as a cloud service. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is currently working on modernising the ICT architecture in a number of areas and therefore wants a case handling and archive system adapted to this with good support for necessary integrations and adaptations. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency would like a stable, secure and user friendly system that shall be used by a large number of occasional users and a small number of expert users. The system shall facilitate adaptations in the user interface, provide good support for insight into their own system and it shall be easy to connect with separate integrations with current and future trade systems and systems.
