About the Assignment - the objective and scope of the procurementMøre and Romsdal county shall procure competence broker services, which is a central means in the FORREGION programme and in the county ́s work of mobilising several companies to research based innovation, and use suitable regional, national and international means. The Regulations on The Ministry of Local Government and District ́s grants for Research based innovation in the regions FORREGION administered by the counties are a guideline for the work. In Møre og Romsdal the scheme has two means: Competence brokering and preliminary project. This notice is for competence brokering. See the attached tender documentation for further information.
