Malta – Architectural design services – PMC for the Provision of Consultancy services for the design, quality control and final certification of new building services and associated works at an Ordnance and Explosive Materials Storage Facility.

The information gathered through this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) will enable the AFM to proceed with a separate procurement procedure for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy firm. The appointed consultancy firm shall be responsible for the design, procurement support, implementation oversight, testing, commissioning, and certification of the required Building Services systems (supplied and installed by third party contractors) for the magazines and associated areas.
