Property Market Prospection The European Parliament and the European Commission are seeking to rent on a long-term basis or purchase, approximately 12 covered parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle (EV) chargers. The spaces must be located in the city centre of Bratislava, within a 1 km radius of the future House of Europe (former Bata building) at Hurbanovo námestie 6 (811 03, Bratislava). Interested property owners or their representatives-including real estate agencies and property developers-are invited to submit their expressions of interest by 30 June 2026 to the following email address: inlo.ueepi@europarl.europa.eu
