The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process to establish a Single Operator Framework Agreement for a Research Funding Alerts Database SaaS. The initial contract, covers full provision, hosting, and implementation by 31.08.2026, ongoing support, and future enhancements of a fully managed platform facilitating efficient research funding opportunity identification, tracking, and strategic management.
