The HRB wishes to procure an out of the box cloud system that will support the function of our Board, Committees, Executive and Management Teams by delivering: - Board secretarial functions that electronically distributes documents necessary for Board and Board Committee meetings. - Risk management functions to assist in our management of risk to the organisation.
