Beschreibung

DCEE require a commercialisation assessment against the Dublin District Heating Project Preliminary Business Case and financial appraisal. The commercial assessment will a) test the core financial assumption applied in the business case and b) calculate the likely operating expenditure (OPEX) requirement against the project.
