Beschreibung

The Institute of Public Administration invites tenders from economic operators for the provision of two accredited third-level programmes in public procurement. For the full list of requirements, please refer to the RFT document available on eTenders. Please note this competition falls under the "light touch" regime of Title III (Directive 2014/24/EU), thus a single stage procedure with negotiation is used.
