TENDER REF: 40/2026 SAUL Theme 1 - Upgrade Works to Clubhouse Facilities – PP1018 Applications are invited from Contractors, under the terms of the NEC4 ECSC Short Contract, for the following project: SAUL Theme 1 - Upgrade Works to Clubhouse Facilities – PP1018. The works will be carried out in Occupied Premises for a period of 6 weeks and will commence not before mid-August 2026. The estimated cost of the project is £84,420.00 excluding VAT.
