The development consists of 6 two-bedroom semi-detached houses, 12 three-bedroom semi-detached houses, and 4 two-bedroom terraced houses. This planning application also included permission for the associated infrastructural works, such as drainage, roads, landscaping, and other necessary ancillary works, covering a total site area of 0.629 hectares.
