Beschreibung

La présente consultation est organisée en vue de l'attribution d'un marché public de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réalisation du projet d'installation de la pédopsychiatrie dans l'aile droite du bâtiment administratif du Nouvel Hôpital de Navarre. La procédure est décomposée en deux phases distinctes : - Phase 1 : sélection des candidats admis à remettre une offre. - Phase 2 : remise et négociations éventuelle des offres.
